I've studied martial arts on and off throughout my life, though I was never particularly drawn to the competitive side of the sport. What truly captured my interest was the biomechanics and muscular coordination involved in movements like a left hook, the hip flexors/extensors involvement in throwing a Teep, or the rotational mechanics behind a Judo throw.
This fascination led me to establish Sionos MMA Conditioning, where I focus on specialized conditioning for fight preparation. Whether you're training for an upcoming bout or simply want to develop the physique and athleticism of a fighter, my programs are designed to help you reach those goals through a science-based approach to movement and performance.
You will learn basic MMA fight techniques which are included in your programs. With strength and conditioning, science-backed nutrition coaching, and advanced mobility training. I specialize in combat sports performance, weight cut strategies, and injury prevention, offering fully individualized programs for athletes who demand results. Of course, certified does not necessarily mean qualified that's why I have spent thousands of dollars on my education and continue to be a learner for life for each of my clients' specific needs.
