The GPP focuses on stress mitigation & CNS decompression with relaxed breathing techniques while enhancing mobility, dynamic flexibility, joint integrity, joint-by-joint potentiation, fortifying core strength, core bracing and spine health, mitigating muscular imbalances and elevating aerobic capacity to create a durable, agile, and conditioned physique through the means of a variety of parameters using specialized equipment, Whether preparing for combat or pursuing lifelong health, my personalized program cultivates movement efficiency, injury resistance, and cardiovascular endurance—laying the groundwork for peak performance in sport and everyday life. A sort of "training before you train".
After we have observed and collected enough objective data on how the body adapts to the new workout program with your current diet, we will begin to spend a little more focus on prioritizing protein and eventually fiber along the way. The way I like to coach and program a clients' nutrition is to make sure you are eating the foods you enjoy, dieting isn't about salads and avoiding your absolute favorite foods, it's about being able to live with a sustainable, healthy relationship with food. Together we will work towards getting your behaviors to match your goals.

As Jenn Trepeck has always said: Muscle dictates metabolism. The best way to burn fat is to grow muscle. In this phase of your training, we will forge your body into accumulating mitochondrial density, lean muscle to assist your body in burning more calories when at rest and maximize your ability to overpower your opponent or even just your trash can up the driveway utilizing a variety of training methods and modalities. This phase is particularly designed to help you master all of the basic lifts, putting your movement quality under load
to prepare for heavier progressions leading to increased strength, muscle size and performance.
